First look at the videos that others are posting on your company or using the keywords you are targeting. Look particularly at the ones at the top. Study their tags and descriptions and copy some of them.

Also make sure you type the keyword about 10 or more times in the description. Avoid typing it back to back too many times because it could be looked at as spam. Try to write a full text or copy it from somewhere like your companies site and paste it if you want.

The Keyword should be in the title,tags and the text, all 3. This is important. Use as many keywords related to the subject as possible for more views.

What you want to do is "Backlink" your videos. After you upload your videos go to view it and click on those icons under it , they will be for MySpace, Facebook, Orkut, Mixx, Digg and so on. Create an account for those sites if you haven't already. Also go to the Squidoo website and make a page relating to your video. This helps both your page and your videos get traffic. Paste the video link in your Squidoo page under a Youtube video section. This is another back link for you.

Once you have completed those steps there are some things you have to do within the first 48 hours.

1.Get 200 views

2.Get at least 3 or 4 comments

3.Get 3 or 4 high ratings.

Doing this within the fist 48 hours will propel your video into stop status. How ever you get these views real or fabricated is up to you. Same for comments and ratings.
